Route Deviation


Hornell Area Transit will deviate from the route not more than 3/4 mile to get those individuals who cannot get to a scheduled stop.

Dial-A-Ride


Hornell Area Transit offers a Dial-A-Ride service between the hours of 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday. Dial-A-Ride is a curb-to-curb service provided to customers within the Dial-A-Ride service area, as able and when available. Riders are encouraged to call the day previous to request a ride. Rides requested within 2 hours will incur an additional fee. For more information, view our schedules and fares pages or feel free to call the office.
